On the morning of October 24th, the police in Yen Thanh district transported the suspect and the seized evidence, which included over half a ton of fireworks, from Kon Tum province to Yen Thanh.

Through intelligence gathering and reconnaissance of the area, the Yen Thanh district police have established...special case022P. At 3:00 AM on October 23rd, the police of Yen Thanh district issued an emergency arrest warrant for Truong Thanh Quy (born in 1990), residing in Ngoc Hoi district, Kon Tum province.
During a search of the suspect's residence and warehouse, the Yen Thanh district police seized 551.8 kg of various types of fireworks.

The investigation and information gathering process revealed that Truong Thanh Quy was the ringleader who specialized in purchasing goods from Laos and Cambodia, storing them in warehouses in Kon Tum province, and then transporting them to the North for sale.
The case is currently under investigation by the Yen Thanh District Police.
