Drug trafficker arrested for resisting arrest at hotel.

(Baonghean.vn) - As soon as Luyen arrived at the hotel, the police raided and arrested her amidst fierce resistance. Subsequently, the police arrested two more accomplices in this drug trafficking ring.

According to reports from local residents, in Trung Thanh hamlet, Dien Hong commune, several individuals have been regularly engaging in drug trafficking, causing disruption to public order and security in the village.

In response to this situation, the Dien Chau Police verified the information and established Special Case 317 to combat the crime. Through the investigation process, on March 30th, upon receiving information that the suspect would be engaging in drug trafficking at the Hoang Nam guesthouse in Dien Hong commune, the task force planned the arrest.

When Nguyen Van Luyen (born in 1972, residing in Trung Thanh hamlet, Dien Hong commune) arrived at the door of room 103 on the first floor of Hoang Nam guesthouse, he was surrounded and arrested by the police.

Surrounded, Luyen resisted fiercely in an attempt to escape but was subdued shortly afterward. A search of Luyen's person yielded a block of heroin weighing 348.75 grams inside her bra pocket.

Shortly afterwards, the police proceeded to arrest Nguyen Van Hoa (born in 1981) and Nguyen Thi Thinh (born in 1967), both residing in Trung Thanh hamlet, Dien Hong commune.

These three individuals frequently colluded with each other to engage in drug trafficking.

In her statement to the police, Luyen said that she bought the drugs in Que Phong district and then brought them back to Dien Chau to divide them into smaller portions and sell them retail to drug dealers.

Leaders of the Dien Chau District People's Committee came to congratulate the special investigation team. The case is still under further investigation.
