Arresting the gunman who settled a dispute at night.
After shooting and seriously injuring one person, Duong Dong Hung fled the scene but was arrested by the police that same night.
On the morning of April 19, the Bac Giang Provincial Police announced that the Tan Yen District Police had arrested Duong Dong Hung (39 years old) for investigation into the shooting incident in Lien Son commune.
Earlier, at around 7:30 PM on April 18th, an incident occurred in the Gà Market area, Liên Sơn commune, Tân Yên district.open fireResolving a personal dispute resulted in one person being seriously injured.

Upon receiving the report, the Lien Son Commune Police and the Tan Yen District Police immediately arrived at the scene to investigate and arrest the suspect.
During the investigation, authorities determined that due to a personal conflict, Nguyen Van Hung (born in 1984, residing in Ho Tien village, Huong Vy commune, Yen The district) used a gun to shoot Dao Xuan Dang (born in 1974, residing in Tan Lap village, Tan Trung commune, Tan Yen district).

The seriously injured victim was taken to Bac Giang Provincial General Hospital for emergency treatment, and then transferred to Viet Duc Hospital in Hanoi.
After committing the crime, Hung fled the scene. However, the Tan Yen District Police, in coordination with the Criminal Police Department of Bac Giang Provincial Police, launched a manhunt and arrested the suspect on the night of April 18th.
