Through investigative measures, the task force identified two individuals who would be gathering and trading fireworks in the area on the evening of February 3, 2024. Therefore, after consultation and agreement, the task force mobilized its forces, dividing them into multiple teams determined to successfully crack the case and arrest the suspects.

During the investigation, the task force encountered many difficulties because the suspects operated very professionally and sophisticatedly, frequently changing phone numbers, locations, and delivery methods to avoid detection by authorities.

However, with the strong determination of the task force, on February 4, 2024, the Do Luong District Police arrested two suspects: Phan Thi Hue (born in 1980, residing in Hamlet 4, Trung Son Commune, Do Luong District) and Phan Thi Thu Huong (born in 1984, residing in Hamlet 1, Trung Son Commune, Do Luong District) for trading prohibited goods, seizing nearly 130 kg of firecrackers (36 and 49 firecrackers).

Currently, the District Police Investigation Agency is holding two suspects in custody for further investigation and expansion of the case.
