Juvenile gang causing chaos in the Mekong Delta arrested urgently.
A gang of young robbers in the Mekong Delta, aged only 15-17, were very audacious, wielding knives to threaten many people and carrying out a series of robberies.
The My Tho City Police (Tien Giang province) announced today that they have arrested a gang of young robbers specializing in audacious robberies in the city and surrounding districts.
Six individuals are currently being held in custody for investigation into the crime of "Robbery," including: Tran Ngoc Dung (15 years old), Tran Hoang Khanh (15 years old), Phan Thai Vinh (16 years old), Nguyen Minh Tien (17 years old), Le Trong Nhan (17 years old), and Ho Hoang Duy Thai (17 years old), all residing in Ward 4, My Tho City.

According to initial investigations, at approximately 6:30 PM yesterday, NQB and her friend were riding electric bicycles to Tien Giang Square (Dao Thanh commune, My Tho city) when they were suddenly accosted by two individuals on a motorbike who used knives to rob them of two mobile phones, with a total value of over 8 million VND.
Upon receiving the report, the police launched an investigation. Through screening, law enforcement officers arrested the members of the aforementioned juvenile robbery gang.
At the police station, these suspects confessed to having committed at least 8 daring robberies using the same method in My Tho City, Cho Gao, and Chau Thanh districts.

The police seized a large amount of evidence, including mobile phones and money, from the robberies.
The My Tho City Police Department is currently calling on anyone who has been a victim of similar robberies to contact Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Sang, Head of the Criminal Police Team of My Tho City Police Department, at 0903.333.088 to report the incident.
