Authorities seized a shipment of counterfeit and fake goods worth 200 million VND.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 21, the Economic Police Team (Vinh City Police) successfully cracked Case 128G, seizing tens of thousands of counterfeit products.
During patrols and inspections aimed at combating counterfeit goods at the end of 2018, the Economic Police Team (Vinh City Police) inspected a warehouse in Vinh City.

Upon inspection, authorities discovered 24,616 counterfeit products in the warehouse, including 22,600 packs of Baby diapers and 2,016 packs of Diana Sensi Cool Fresh sanitary pads. The total value of the seized goods was approximately 200 million VND. According to the victim's statement, these goods were purchased from unofficial sources in the northern provinces and brought to Vinh City and surrounding districts for distribution.

Having determined that these were counterfeit goods, the authorities confiscated all the evidence and are continuing to expand the investigation into the case.
