Suspect arrested for habitually groping women's breasts and buttocks on the street.

Despite being married with young children, this young man, while riding a motorbike and wearing a face mask, repeatedly groped the breasts and buttocks of other women in broad daylight, causing widespread concern.

Today, February 22nd, the Dien Khanh District Police (Khanh Hoa province) announced that they have identified the young man who sexually harassed several women riding motorbikes on Provincial Road 8 (the section from National Highway 1 through Dien Khanh town to Dien Lam commune, Dien Khanh district) recently. The suspect is Tran Dinh T. (25 years old, residing in Dien Lam commune).

Before the Lunar New Year, the Dien Khanh District Police received complaints from many local women about a young man riding a motorbike, wearing a face mask, traveling in the same direction on Provincial Road 8, then suddenly speeding up alongside women's motorbikes and touching their breasts and buttocks. After this act, the young man sped away.

Upon receiving the information, the police conducted an investigation and verification. On the morning of February 21st, through intelligence gathering, the police brought T. to the police station for questioning. There, T. confessed to having committed the act multiple times; the first time was about 3 months ago, the most recent was before the Lunar New Year, and he admitted that he did not commit this act every day.

According to the Dien Khanh District Police, T. currently lives with his wife and children in Dien Lam commune. T. is a worker for a local enterprise. T. usually commits the aforementioned acts on his way to work, between 6:30 and 6:45 a.m. T. claims he doesn't know why he does it.

The Dien Khanh District Police said that T.'s actions caused panic among women traveling on the aforementioned road and also easily led to traffic accidents involving victims. The police are consolidating the case file to prosecute T.
