Although not yet officially launched in Vietnam, a dealership in Ho Chi Minh City has already begun accepting deposits for the 2017 Honda CR-V 7-seater model equipped with a 1.5 CVT VTEC Turbo engine.

Recently, a group for Honda CR-V enthusiasts and users in Vietnam unexpectedly posted a picture of a purchase contract for a 2017 Honda CR-V 7-seater model equipped with a 1.5 CVT VTEC Turbo engine.

According to the photograph of the contract, the provisional price agreed upon between the customer and the Honda dealership in Ho Chi Minh City for this brand-new, fully imported 7-seater CR-V is 1.1 billion VND, including VAT.

Theo bản hợp đồng, giá chiếc Honda CR-V 2017 bản 7 trang bị động cơ 1.5 CVT VTEC Turbo là 1,1 tỷ đồng (mức giá tạm tính).
According to the contract, the price of the 2017 Honda CR-V 7 trim level equipped with a 1.5 CVT VTEC Turbo engine is 1.1 billion VND (estimated price).

The contract also states that this price is an estimated price, and the official price will be applied when Honda Vietnam makes an official announcement. However, according to several sources, this price is quite close to the actual selling price when it launches in Vietnam.

Currently, Honda Vietnam sets the price for the standard CR-V 2.0 AT version at 1.008 billion VND and 1.158 billion VND for the CR-V 2.4 AT version.

Currently, this model has not been officially introduced by Honda Vietnam, however, according to information from this contract, it is likely that this model will soon be available at dealerships.

The Honda CR-V is a model that is quite popular among Vietnamese people. Especially since information and images of the 2017 Honda CR-V, with its 7-seater design and 1.5 CVT VTEC Turbo engine, were introduced in several countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia, many Vietnamese consumers who love this model are eagerly awaiting its launch in Vietnam.

In Thailand, the 2017 Honda CR-V is equipped with a full LED lighting system, just like the Honda Accord and Honda Civic currently sold in Vietnam. The rear of the car is more elegant thanks to the removal of the hump-like design. The 18-inch wheels have a stylish and modern design.

The interior of the 2017 Honda CR-V in Thailand is equipped with: a distinctive Civic-style three-spoke steering wheel, a TFT LCD virtual display, wood trim details, a 7-inch touchscreen with navigation and Apple CarPlay, an HDMI connector, LaneWatch system, and Swiver Attention Monitor.

It also comes with safety features such as: Brake assist (ABS, EBD, BA), electronic stability control, steering assist, torque vectoring, blind spot warning, driver alert system, and adaptive cruise control.

If the 7-seater version of the 2017 Honda CR-V comes to Vietnam, it will certainly be a strong competitor to the Mazda CX-5, Nissan X-Trail, and others.
