On June 30th, Tài went to his wife's parents' house to bring the children back to his home in Hóc Môn district. Two days later, in the afternoon, Ms. T. returned to pick up the two children and took them to their maternal grandparents' house.
After returning home from work, Tài learned that his wife had taken their child away, so he became angry, put a knife in his car trunk, and went to look for her. He went to his wife's parents' house but didn't find his wife and child there, so Tài waited at the end of the alley.
When Tài saw his wife returning to the alley with their two children on the motorbike, he stopped her, and the two continued to argue loudly. Suddenly, Tài opened the motorbike's storage compartment, took out a knife, and lunged at his wife, stabbing her multiple times, causing her to collapse on the spot.
Seeing this, Tài's two children panicked and shouted for help to save their mother. Ms. T. was taken to the hospital but unfortunately passed away.
After stabbing his wife, Tài fled but was apprehended by local residents and handed over to the police.
