On December 27th, the leaders of Bao Nam commune police (Ky Son district) announced that they had handed over Moong Me Ch. to the district police for illegally possessing narcotics, for further investigation.

Accordingly, based on information from the public and intelligence gathering in the area, at approximately 3:30 PM on December 26, 2021, in the forest area near Xa Long village, Bao Nam commune, bordering Huoi Khe village, Huoi Tu commune, the Bao Nam commune police task force spotted Moong Me Ch. exhibiting suspicious behavior and attempted an administrative check, but the suspect fled. The task force promptly apprehended the suspect and seized 20 synthetic drug pills from him.
During initial questioning, the suspect confessed to purchasing the drugs from an unidentified individual in Huoi Tu commune for personal use.
