On the morning of August 14th, the Criminal Investigation Agency of Nghi Loc District Police carried out an urgent arrest and search warrant against Dang Thi Hoa (born in 1994), residing in Hamlet 7, Nghi Dien Commune, Nghi Loc District, for the crime of theft.

Previously, on August 10th, after finishing her afternoon shift, Ms. Vu Thi Ngoc (born in 1993), residing in Hamlet 5, Dien Tan Commune, Dien Chau District, a worker at Company B (Nam Cam Industrial Park), could not find her vehicle registration papers, keys, parking ticket, or even her Air Blade motorbike with license plate 37F1 903.76, worth 30 million VND, which she had parked in the company's parking lot.

Upon receiving Ms. Ngoc's report, the Nghi Loc District Police quickly verified and investigated the case. While investigating the case, on the afternoon of August 12th, the Nghi Loc District Police received a report from Ms. Bui Thi Hien (born in 1988), residing in Hamlet 8, Nghi Dien Commune, stating that on the morning of the same day, she opened her family's safe and discovered that 6 million VND and 1 tael of 9999 gold had been stolen. Further checking her wardrobe revealed that a Nikon camera worth 3 million VND had also been stolen.

After three days of coordinated investigative measures, the investigating agency had sufficient evidence to confirm that Dang Thi Hoa was the person who stole Ms. Ngoc's Air Blade motorbike and Ms. Hien's camera, money, and gold. At 7:00 AM on August 14th, the Nghi Loc District Police Investigation Agency executed an arrest and urgent search warrant against Dang Thi Hoa at her home.

At the police station, Dang Thi Hoa confessed to her crimes. According to Hoa's statement, on the afternoon of July 30th, she sneaked into Bui Thi Hien's house, rummaged through the family's cupboards, and stole a Nikon camera.

At 8:00 AM on August 2nd, the suspect used a phone, impersonating someone else, to call and invite Ms. Hien to go get her makeup done. As soon as Ms. Hien left her house to go to the meeting point, the suspect quickly broke into her house with the intention of stealing the camera charger.

Hoa opened the drawer of the wardrobe to look for the charger and found the safe key. She inserted the key into the safe, and the door opened. The 6 million dong and one tael of 9999 gold inside were quickly grabbed by Hoa and put into her bag. She then went to Vinh City and sold the stolen gold to an unknown gold shop for 3.46 million dong.

Having gathered cash, money from selling stolen gold, and a small amount of personal funds totaling nearly 10 million dong, Dang Thi Hoa entrusted the money to a friend named H for safekeeping, claiming it was her savings.

On August 9th, while on her way to work at Company B, Hoa secretly stole the motorcycle registration papers of Ms. Vu Thi Ngoc, a fellow worker in the same department. The following day (August 10th), she stole the motorcycle keys and parking ticket, then went to the parking lot and took Ms. Ngoc's Air Blade motorcycle (license plate 37F1 903.76), hiding it at home while waiting for an opportunity to sell it.

Currently, the stolen property belonging to Dang Thi Hoa has been recovered by the investigating agency and will be returned to the victims. The case is still under investigation.
