On the morning of August 14, the Investigation Police Agency of Nghi Loc District Police issued an emergency arrest and search warrant for Dang Thi Hoa (born in 1994), residing in Hamlet 7, Nghi Dien Commune, Nghi Loc District, for theft of property.

Previously, on August 10, after the afternoon shift, Ms. Vu Thi Ngoc (born in 1993), residing in Hamlet 5, Dien Tan Commune, Dien Chau District, a worker at Company B (Nam Cam Industrial Park) could not find her vehicle registration, keys, parking card, and her Air Blade motorbike with license plate 37F1 903.76, worth 30 million VND, left at the company's parking lot.

Receiving the report from Ms. Ngoc, Nghi Loc District Police quickly verified and investigated. While investigating the case, on the afternoon of August 12, Nghi Loc District Police received a report from Ms. Bui Thi Hien (born in 1988), residing in Hamlet 8, Nghi Dien Commune, stating that in the morning of the same day, Ms. Hien opened her family's safe and discovered that 6 million VND and 1 tael of 9999 gold had been stolen. She then checked the family's closet and discovered that a Nikon camera worth 3 million VND had also been stolen.

After three days of synchronously applying professional measures, the investigation agency had enough evidence to confirm that Dang Thi Hoa was the subject who stole Ms. Ngoc's Air Blade motorbike, and Ms. Hien's camera, money, and gold. At 7:00 a.m. on August 14, the Investigation Agency of Nghi Loc District Police executed an arrest warrant and urgently searched Dang Thi Hoa at the subject's home.

At the investigation agency, Dang Thi Hoa confessed to her crimes. According to Hoa's statement, at noon on July 30, the subject sneaked into Ms. Bui Thi Hien's house, searched the family's closet and stole a Nikon camera.

At 8:00 a.m. on August 2, the subject used his phone to pretend to be someone and called Ms. Hien to invite her to go get makeup done. When Ms. Hien had just left the house to the meeting place, the subject quickly broke into Ms. Hien's house with the intention of stealing the camera's charger.

Hoa opened the drawer of the cabinet to find the charger and found the safe key. The subject inserted the key into the safe and the safe door opened. The amount of 6 million VND and 1 tael of 9999 gold in the safe was quickly pocketed by Hoa. The subject went to Vinh city to sell the tael of gold he had just stolen to a gold shop with an unknown address for 3.46 million VND.

Collecting cash, money from selling stolen gold bars, and some personal money, Dang Thi Hoa gave nearly 10 million VND to a friend named H to keep for her, saying that Hoa had saved this money.

On August 9, while working at Company B, Hoa stole the motorbike registration paper of Ms. Vu Thi Ngoc - a worker in the same department as the subject. The next day (August 10), the subject continued to steal the motorbike key, motorbike parking card, then went to the garage to get Ms. Ngoc's Air Blade 37F1 903.76 motorbike, brought it home to hide and wait for the opportunity to sell.

Currently, the assets that Dang Thi Hoa stole have been seized by the investigating agency to be returned to the victims. The case is under further investigation.
