(Baonghean.vn) - On November 27th, in the Xoong Con village area, Luu Kien commune, Tuong Duong district, the anti-drug forces of the Nam Can border guard station, Nghe An Border Guard Command, discovered and apprehended Lo Van Dung (born in 1995), residing in Luu Kien commune, Tuong Duong district, for illegally possessing narcotics.

The suspect and the evidence were seized.

At the scene, investigators seized one packet of compressed powder containing 0.5 grams of heroin.

Currently, the Nam Can Border Guard Station has decided to initiate criminal proceedings and hand over the evidence and suspects to the relevant authorities for investigation and clarification.
