(Baonghean.vn) - The Criminal Investigation Department for Economic and Official Crimes of the Nghe An Provincial Police has just cracked case 1215P, catching red-handed an individual for illegally transporting and trading 117 kg of fireworks.

The suspects and seized evidence

On the evening of December 28, 2015, at the Tuan An gas station in Hamlet 1, Quynh Ba Commune, Quynh Luu District, the special task force apprehended Tran Van Khoi (born in 1966), residing in Hamlet 6, Quynh Ngoc Commune, Quynh Luu District, while he was illegally transporting and trading a large quantity of foreign-made firecrackers. The seized evidence included 68 boxes of firecrackers, weighing a total of 117 kg.

The investigation team is currently continuing to expand the investigation and consolidate the case file in order to prosecute the case.
