(Baonghean.vn) - Acting on information from the public, the Quy Hop District Police (Nghe An province) conducted an inspection and discovered 240 sacks of tin ore, weighing approximately 12 tons in total, lacking the necessary legal documents.

Earlier, in the early morning of July 18, 2021, after receiving a tip from the public about illegal stockpiling and loading of tin ore for transport from Quy Hop district to northern provinces in Lien Xuan hamlet, Nghia Xuan commune, Quy Hop district, the Quy Hop District Police quickly deployed forces to conduct an inspection.

During the inspection, authorities discovered two trucks loading 240 sacks at the home of Mr. Phan Hong M. (born in 1967).oreThe shipment contained tin, with a total weight of approximately 12 tons. At the time of inspection, those involved were unable to present complete documentation regarding taxes and proof of origin for the goods.
Currently, the Criminal Investigation Agency of Quy Hop District Police has drawn up a report, worked with the relevant individuals, and temporarily seized all the tin ore and vehicles to continue the investigation and clarify the matter.
