Truck transporting dead buffalo seized.
(Baonghean.vn) - On November 11th, in Dien Chau district, functional forces apprehended two cases of transporting livestock without valid documentation.
At 8:50 PM, while patrolling at kilometer 06 on National Highway 7A, the task force of Traffic Police Team 1-7 inspected a truck with license plate 37C-122.50 driven by Mr. Nguyen Trong An, born in 1971, residing in Dai Son commune, Do Luong district.

Authorities discovered four buffaloes in the vehicle, one of which was already dead and emitting a foul odor.
The driver failed to produce any documents proving the origin, animal quarantine, etc., from the authorities and admitted to transporting the buffaloes from Do Luong district to Dien Tan commune, Dien Chau district for sale.
Earlier, at 2:30 PM on November 11th, on National Highway 7B, in Dien Ky commune, Dien Chau district, the Dien Chau District Police Traffic Police Team, in coordination with the Dien Chau District Livestock and Veterinary Station, apprehended a truck with license plate 36C-07365 driven by Mr. Hoang Sy Lan, born in 1964, residing in Dien Loc commune, Dien Chau district, carrying 21 pigs.

Upon inspection, these pigs were found to have a verifiable origin but lacked a quarantine certificate from the veterinary authorities.
The task force seized the livestock and handed them over to the Dien Chau District Livestock and Veterinary Station for administrative penalties for violations in the veterinary field and for handling the livestock according to the law.
