The Nghe An Provincial People's Council will elect additional members to the Provincial People's Committee for the 2026-2031 term.

On the afternoon of June 26th, the 19th Provincial People's Council, term 2026-2031, held its 3rd session (special session) to carry out work within its authority.

Current Affairs

The Nghe An Provincial People's Council approved the removal from office and elected a new member to the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

At its 31st session, the Nghe An Provincial People's Council approved the removal of two members from their positions as members of the Provincial People's Committee and elected two additional members to the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
Mr. Tran Luu Quang was elected to the Party Central Committee.

Tran Luu Quang, Head of the Central Economic Committee, was elected by the Central Committee of the Party to the 13th Party Secretariat.
