Heroic Vietnamese Mother Ha Thi Duc, born in 1916, had only one son, martyr Ha Van Tao, who sacrificed his life in the resistance war against the US. She was awarded the title of Heroic Vietnamese Mother by the Party and State in 1994.

Following the adoption ceremony, officers and soldiers of the Anh Son District Military Command will care for, encourage, and support the Mother with a monthly allowance of 500,000 VND.

This is a deeply meaningful humanitarian activity, demonstrating the traditional moral principle of gratitude and reciprocity shown by the officers and soldiers of the Anh Son District Military Command to the families of those who sacrificed their lives for the Fatherland.
