(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 20th, the Provincial Border Guard Command launched a surprise emulation campaign with the theme: 'Unity, cooperation, meritorious service, decisive victory'.

Colonel Tran Hai Binh, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Border Guard, attended and launched the emulation campaign.

The objectives set out in this campaign include: effectively implementing plans and coordinated operational strategies to protect agencies; maintaining vigilance; being proactive, perceptive, and resolute in fighting to thwart all conspiracies and tactics of "peaceful evolution," "subversion," and other subversive activities of hostile and reactionary forces.

At the same time, effectively prevent "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the unit, maintain the Party's ideological stronghold; strictly maintain duty rosters, ensure high combat readiness in all situations, and firmly protect border security and social order. Proactively and accurately detect developments at the grassroots level, promptly propose policies and measures to decisively address emerging shortcomings, and prevent the occurrence of hotspots.

Strengthening coordination with local Party committees, authorities, and mass organizations to effectively implement policies on the military and military support, activities of gratitude and remembrance, contributing to consolidating the solidarity and close ties between the military and the people, realizing "the military and the people are of one mind," and further strengthening the solid "people's support" base.
