(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 10, the Ministry of Education and Training coordinated with the People's Committee of Nghe An province to organize the closing ceremony of the 9th National Phu Dong Sports Festival 2016. The organizing committee awarded excellent flags to the 10 highest-ranking athlete delegations; presented flags and souvenirs to 20 units with good achievements and flags to the 10 mountainous units with the most excellent achievements.
