Although the Quy Hop supporters were numerous, the Hoang Mai supporters stood out more because they wore headbands and held large banners in their hands. Since their team wore white uniforms, many in the group also agreed to wear white. Besides the vuvuzela horns, there was also the rhythmic sound of a large drum that the supporters had brought from home.

Another remarkable thing is that these fans were so passionate that throughout the entire match, not a single person sat in the Hoàng Mai fan stands.

A mother's feelings

While all the fansHoang MaiAmidst the enthusiastic cheers and watch of the match from the stands on the other side, a woman wearing a banner that read "I love Hoang Mai" sat alone at the back of this side of the stands, her head bowed to her hands, her face showing clear signs of worry. With the same feelings and emotions, the mother of goalkeeper Bui Nhat Duy of the Quy Hop Children's team almost always stands quietly in a corner during all of her son's matches. She doesn't shout or urge him on; she gently encourages him with words of encouragement, a touch of her hand, a bottle of cool water… She always believes that her son knows what to do and silently supports all his decisions.

“My husband works far away, so it’s just the three of us at home. Both of my sons love football, and I always try to help them pursue their passion. Last year, Duy’s older brother, Bui Nhat Khang, also participated in the Nghe An Newspaper Cup Youth and Children’s Football Tournament,” Duy’s mother shared.
