For the first time, Tuong Duong Children's Team entered the semi-finals of Nghe An Newspaper Cup. The young players from Tra Lan region had a very memorable season.

- Every time the kids play, I feel nervous and tense, and the closer we get to the next round, the more tense we become. Like yesterday's quarter-final match, when the kids took a penalty kick, I didn't dare watch, I closed my eyes until everyone cheered before I dared to open them - a parent shared.

Many parents of Nhi Dong Tuong Duong did not sleep before the semi-final match on the morning of June 12. It is known that many families of players went to Vinh from the very first days to support their children.
The silent audience
Among the fans of the Xiangyang team this morning, there were many special people. They were former leaders, leaders, and cadres from Xiangyang, currently holding important roles in agencies and units. Even if they only stopped by to encourage the children, or sat quietly in a corner watching part of the match, their presence had great spiritual significance.

Representative of Tuong Duong Association in Vinh city gave gifts of encouragement to the children before the match, Mr. Vi Ngoc Quynh advised: "We always follow and support you. Remember, this is the last match, you have been very excellent, now just keep up the spirit, play really well, do your best, don't be afraid of anything!"

As the semi-final match between Quy Hop Children's and Tuong Duong Children's just ended, Tuong Duong fans welcomed their young players back with smiles and applause, although many also secretly wiped away tears.

“The gifts came from a group of supporters, some of whom are business owners in Tuong Duong, and some of whom are Tuong Duong people doing business in Vinh. The gifts are not big, but they are a recognition of the children’s efforts. We want them to know that we love them and are proud of them,” a parent shared. It is known that before returning to Tuong Duong, the players will go to Cua Lo beach.
Little Hero
Lo Quoc Duc is the youngest player of the Tuong Duong Children's team, the player who created a storm of goals in previous matches, and also the player whose family situation is more special than his friends.
“Duc is a Thai ethnic, living in Khe Chi village, his parents are farmers so he has to work harder than everyone else. During the competition, despite his small size, he was injured many times by his opponents, but his fighting spirit was very strong. After knowing he had a sprain, despite the pain, he continued to participate with the highest effort” - Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang, coach of the teamChildren of Xiangyangshare.

Following his son since the first days of the tournament, Lo Quoc Duc's father honestly said: "Duc doesn't go to school anywhere, he has only been learning football with coach Thang for the past 2 months. When Duc came down here, I also followed him to take care of him. This is the first time Duc and I have come to Vinh."
