Singer Quách Thành Danh's family has moved to a new home in Thủ Đức City. The townhouse has a usable area of 600m2, designed in a modern style with imported furniture.

Singer Quách Thành Danh and his wife, Thanh Ngọc, along with their five children, have moved to a new townhouse in Thạnh Mỹ Lợi ward, Thủ Đức City, Ho Chi Minh City. The family moved from a garden villa in Bình Chánh commune to a house closer to the city center for greater convenience in their work and daily lives.
Construction began in October 2024 and was largely completed by the end of June. The house comprises one basement level, one ground floor, and five upper floors, situated on a plot of land approximately 100m2 in size, with a total usable area of up to 600m2.
Modern design and imported furniture.
The house was designed in a modern style, a departure from the classic style of the previous garden villa. According to Ms. Thanh Ngoc, building materials such as bricks and stones were imported from Italy, and all the interior furnishings were purchased new to match the new living space.
"From the beginning, we were determined to build a new home that is comfortable and suits a modern lifestyle," Ms. Ngoc said.
Layout of functions and amenities
The interior space is thoughtfully divided, including a living room, a kitchen, six bedrooms, and a karaoke room. In addition to space for seven family members, the family has also provided a separate room for the housekeeper.
The karaoke room is furnished with modern amenities and equipment, and is where the family often gathers every weekend. Other empty areas in the house are used to display decorative items, a piano, and as a prayer room.
A particular highlight is the rooftop area, designed as a semi-open space with many large glass windows and a transparent glass ceiling, maximizing natural light. This is an ideal place to host family gatherings.

After five months of moving here, Quách Thành Danh's family says they are quite satisfied with the convenience. The singer can easily travel to performances, while his wife only takes 15 minutes to get to work. The children can also walk to the nearby supermarket or restaurant on their own.
However, the singer's children still prefer the space of their old villa with a large yard and swimming pool to play in. Ms. Thanh Ngoc also shared that she prefers a quieter place with more greenery. "It's possible that my family will have another move soon," she said.
