Inside the 5-storey townhouse of singer Quach Thanh Danh in Thu Duc City
Singer Quach Thanh Danh's family moved to a new home in Thu Duc City. The townhouse has a usable area of 600 square meters, designed in a modern style with imported furniture.
New living space of Quach Thanh Danh's family
Singer Quach Thanh Danh and his wife, Thanh Ngoc, along with their five children, have moved to a new townhouse in Thanh My Loi Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City. The family moved from a garden villa in Binh Chanh Commune to a house closer to the city center for more convenience in work and daily life.
The project started in October 2024 and was basically completed by the end of June. The house has a scale of 1 basement, 1 ground floor and 5 floors, located on a land area of about 100m2 with a total usable area of up to 600m2.

Modern design and imported furniture
The house is designed in a modern style, different from the classic style of the previous garden villa. According to Ms. Thanh Ngoc, construction materials such as bricks and stones were transported from Italy, and all the furniture in the house was purchased new to suit the new living space.
"From the beginning, we decided to build a new, comfortable place to live, suitable for a modern lifestyle," said Ms. Ngoc.

Functional and utility layout
The interior space is divided reasonably, including 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 1 karaoke room. In addition to space for 7 members, the family also arranges a separate room for the maid.
The karaoke room is equipped with modern furniture and equipment, where the family often gathers every weekend. Other empty areas in the house are used to display decorations, piano and as a shrine room.

A special highlight is the rooftop area, designed as a semi-open space with many large glass doors and transparent glass ceilings, helping to maximize natural light. This is an ideal place to organize family parties.

Experience living in a new home
After 5 months of moving here, Quach Thanh Danh’s family said they were quite satisfied with the convenience. The male singer can easily travel to performances, while it only takes his wife 15 minutes to get to work. The children can also walk to the supermarket or nearby restaurants.
However, the singer's children still prefer the space of the old garden villa because it has a large yard and a swimming pool to play in. Ms. Thanh Ngoc also shared that she prefers a quiet place with more trees. "My family may have another move soon," she said.
