Nghe An Friendship General Hospital donated 350 million VND to support people in mountainous areas affected by Typhoon No. 3.
Nghe An Friendship General Hospital organized a fundraising campaign to support people in the mountainous areas of Nghe An province who were severely affected by the remnants of Typhoon No. 3. The total amount donated was 350 million VND.
The remnants of Typhoon Wipha (Typhoon No. 3) caused a historic flood in many areas of Nghe An province. The devastating flood ravaged mountainous villages in the western region. Thousands of houses were swept away, large areas of crops were completely destroyed, and many areas were completely cut off.

Responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, the Department of Health, and local authorities, at the launching ceremony on the morning of July 25th, officials, employees, and workers of Nghe An Friendship General Hospital voluntarily contributed one day's salary to support flood victims. The total amount raised was 350 million VND.
