Nghe An Friendship General Hospital honors Doctor Que Anh Tram with the title of Associate Professor.
On the morning of December 5th, Nghe An Friendship General Hospital held a ceremony to honor Dr. Que Anh Tram, Deputy Director of the hospital, for achieving the title of Associate Professor.
Attending the ceremony were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Hoang Phu Hien – Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Thi Hoai Chung – Director of the Nghe An Department of Health; along with representatives from the Provincial Police, the Department of Internal Affairs, the Department of Health, Vinh Phu ward, and other health units in the province.
At the ceremony, on behalf of the Chairman of the State Council of Professors, Mr. Hoang Phu Hien presented flowers and handed over the Decision of the Chairman of the State Council of Professors recognizing Dr. Que Anh Tram, Deputy Director of Nghe An Friendship General Hospital, as having met the standards for the title of Associate Professor in 2025.
In his congratulatory remarks, Comrade Hoang Phu Hien stated: Being recognized with the title of Associate Professor is not only a great honor for Associate Professor, Doctor Que Anh Tram personally, but also a source of pride for the hospital staff and the Nghe An health sector.
The conferment of the title of Associate Professor on a hospital leader demonstrates well-deserved recognition for their persistent efforts in scientific research, teaching, and professional practice; it also affirms the increasingly high quality of the province's medical intellectual workforce. As of November 2025, the entire Nghe An health sector will have 6 Associate Professors; with 2 individuals achieving the standard in 2025 alone.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Phu Hien expressed his hope that Associate Professor, Doctor Que Anh Tram would continue to utilize her intellect and dedication, contributing even more to the cause of training, scientific research, improving the quality of treatment and hospital development, and the development of the health sector in Nghe An.
