Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital and Truong Vinh Ward Police Department signed an agreement to cooperate on ensuring security and order.
On the afternoon of December 18th, Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital and Truong Vinh Ward Police held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement on ensuring security and order at the hospital.

The signing of the agreement between Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital and Truong Vinh Ward Police aims to ensure political security, social order and safety, prevent and promptly handle violations of the law occurring within the hospital premises; create a safe, civilized, and friendly working, examination, and treatment environment; ensure the safety of lives and property of medical staff, patients, and the public; raise awareness of compliance with the law, regulations, and rules of the hospital; and contribute to building a medical facility that is "Safe - Disciplined - Responsible - Compassionate".
According to the regulations, Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital is responsible for: Issuing and implementing internal rules and regulations to ensure security, order, and fire and explosion prevention throughout the hospital; organizing propaganda and education for staff, employees, patients, and their families to comply with the law and regulations of the medical facility; maintaining a dedicated security force on duty 24/7; equipping with support tools, surveillance camera systems, and fire prevention and firefighting equipment as prescribed.

When incidents related to security and order occur (disruptions, assaults, theft, infringement of property rights of officials, employees, patients' family members, and suspected criminal acts), Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital must promptly report to the local police station for coordinated handling.
Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital proactively coordinates with the ward police in preventing, detecting, and handling crimes and violations of the law; managing and controlling people entering and exiting the hospital; ensuring safety during peak periods, holidays, or when there is an epidemic or medical emergency; and providing necessary information, documents, camera data, and records to serve verification and investigation work when legally requested by the police.

The Truong Vinh Ward Police are responsible for daily, on-duty, and coordinated patrols and inspections in key areas within the hospital during peak hours (morning from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM, afternoon from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM); advising the hospital on strengthening security and order; coordinating and guiding the hospital in developing and implementing security and order plans and fire prevention and control plans; and supporting the hospital in fire prevention, firefighting, rescue, and handling of emergency and complex situations affecting security and safety.
Providing support and professional training to hospital security personnel on situational handling skills, techniques for identifying suspicious individuals, self-defense skills, and scene protection; promptly coordinating, assisting, and handling incidents of public disorder, security breaches, theft, fraud against staff, patients, and their families, as well as other forms of social vices and violations of the law occurring at the hospital; upon receiving reports, promptly arriving at the scene to prevent and handle incidents according to legal regulations, ensuring the safety of people and property.
