The ATM of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank of Tuong Duong district, located in Hoa Bac block - Hoa Binh town (Tuong Duong), is the only ATM in the two mountainous districts of Tuong Duong and Ky Son. Therefore, this automated transaction point is frequently overloaded due to the large number of customers. According to many residents, between 6 PM and 8:30 PM on August 14th, several customers experienced electric shocks while withdrawing money. To complete their transactions, they had to use insulating objects to operate the buttons.
