When he discovered the police, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duong (38 years old), Secretary of the Party Committee of Dong Giang Ward, Dong Ha City, and two other people jumped from the third floor of Ms. Duyen's house to the collapsed house next door to escape.

But Mr. Duong was unfortunately seriously injured and was taken to Hue Central Hospital for emergency treatment. Two people who jumped with Mr. Duong, one of them was slightly injured, the other named Long escaped.

It is known that among those arrested, there is a person working in the Personnel Department of a large hospital in Quang Tri province. At the casino, the force seized nearly 200 million VND, including 8 phones, 2 motorbikes and 1 car.

Regarding the homeowner Nguyen Thi Phuong Duyen, the authorities have not yet applied preventive measures because she is pregnant. Ms. Duyen allowed the above people to enter her house to gamble to collect the money.
