(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 10th, Comrade Phan Duc Dong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee - presented the 75-year Party Membership Badge to Party member Tran Le Xuan at his private residence in Block 9, Truong Thi Ward (Vinh City).
Party member Tran Le Xuan, born in 1932, joined the Party on September 15, 1950, officially on March 3, 1951, and is currently a member of the Party branch in Block 9, Truong Thi Ward (Vinh City).
Respectfully presenting the Party Badge and congratulatory flowers to Comrade Tran Le Xuan, Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee Phan Duc Dong emphasized: The 75-year Party Membership Badge is not only an honor for Comrade Tran Le Xuan personally, but also a shared joy and pride for his family, the Party branch, the ward Party committee, and the Vinh City Party Committee. The awarding of the Party Badge to Comrade Tran Le Xuan demonstrates the recognition by the Party and the people of his contributions to the struggle for national independence, and the building and protection of the Fatherland.
