(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 27th (the 30th day of the Lunar New Year), a delegation from the Provincial Youth Union - Provincial Federation of Youth Associations, led by Comrade Pham Tuan Vinh - Member of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, visited and presented Tet gifts to patients in difficult circumstances at the Nghe An Oncology Hospital and the Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital.
At each place visited, Comrade Pham Tuan Vinh, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, extended New Year greetings and wished the patients a speedy recovery from their illnesses so they could soon return to their families.

On behalf of the delegation, Comrade Pham Tuan Vinh presented 20 gift packages, each worth 300,000 VND, along with a pair of banh chung (traditional Vietnamese rice cakes), to seriously ill patients from disadvantaged backgrounds who are receiving treatment at the hospital and cannot return home to celebrate Tet (Vietnamese New Year) with their families.
