At Mr. Ngoc's family and Mrs. Thuoc's family in Tan Dien block, Nghi Hoa ward - the two households most severely damaged by storm No. 10, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh and leaders of Cua Lo town visited and encouraged the families to overcome difficulties.

According to preliminary statistics from the Flood and Storm Prevention Command of Cua Lo town, storm No. 10 killed one resident in Nghi Hai ward, more than 200 houses and 40 kiosks in the beach area of ​​Nghi Hai and Nghi Hoa wards had their roofs blown off and collapsed, more than 400 trees were broken and many properties were severely damaged.
