Recently, passersby were curious when a series of electrical cabinets on Ho Tung Mau and Nguyen Van Cu streets were painted with murals on the outside. Most of the drawings on the electrical cabinets are images related to Nghe An such as Ben Thuy bridge, Uncle Ho's house, lotus flowers...
