| Ms. Nguyen Thi Tai (68 years old) owns a modest electrical repair shop located in block B6 of the Quang Trung residential complex. Opening after 4 PM each day, this small shop has supported her family for three decades thanks to her skilled workmanship. Before becoming a household electrical repair technician, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tai graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences Education at Vinh University and taught Physics at the Song Con Socialist Youth Labor School, also known as the Song Con Vocational School.
