Singer Nhật Minh confirmed that he had been living with his new girlfriend for about two months before officially breaking up with cải lương artist Bình Tinh, sparking controversy with his social media posts.
In early December, cải lương artist Bình Tinh and singer Nhật Minh officially announced the end of their relationship after approximately 20 years together. Shortly afterward, Nhật Minh attracted attention when he admitted to having a new girlfriend and living with her for about two months.

During a live stream, Nhat Minh shared: "Binh Tinh and I have broken up; we are no longer involved with each other. I truly love N. and want to be with her. N. also loves me. We've known each other for about two months and are genuinely in love. I hope everyone will stop discussing this on social media."
This news came as a surprise to the public because it hadn't been long since he and Binh Tinh announced their separation. Previously, the male singer stated that he had filed for divorce in November after a long period of consideration.

Recently, on his personal page, Binh Tinh's ex-husband caused another stir by posting a message believed to be addressed to his new girlfriend. He admitted that his decision to divorce was because he didn't want his new girlfriend to be labeled a "third party."
He wrote: "I chose to become a free man because I didn't want her to continue living in the shadows, branded as the third party. My ex-wife is completely innocent; I've proven that to her, haven't I? She cried a lot before we divorced."
However, at the end of the post, Nhat Minh hinted that the new relationship had also ended: "If you consider me just an object you picked up and then discarded when you no longer need me, that doesn't diminish my value... I ask your permission to leave."

Binh Tinh and Nhat Minh met in the early 2000s and publicly announced their relationship in 2018. They have a daughter together, Bella Cat Tien, who is 10 years old. Despite living together for many years, the couple has never held a wedding ceremony.
Nhat Minh affirmed that the two parted ways amicably, remaining friends to co-parent their child. "Binh Tinh and I have divorced, and I hope everything goes well. Please stop attacking each other, and I apologize for the inconvenience over the past few days," he shared.
Binh Tinh, born in 1986, comes from the Huynh Long family, which has a long tradition in Cai Luong (Vietnamese traditional opera). Her parents are artist Duc Loi and artist-playwright Bach Mai. She began her stage career at the age of 4 and has made her mark through many famous performances.
