The Provincial Military Command is supporting the construction of "homes for comrades".

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 26th, the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command organized a ceremony to present financial support for the construction of "comrade's homes" for soldiers currently serving in the provincial armed forces.

In Tan Tien hamlet, Nghia Tan commune, Nghia Dan district, 60 million VND was presented to Senior Lieutenant Le Trung Linh, working at the Military Command of Thai Hoa town. Senior Lieutenant Le Trung Linh is the son of a war invalid, and his family is in difficult circumstances. With the support of his comrades, and contributions from relatives and friends, a 70 m2 house will be built and completed in time for the 71st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22nd).

Leaders of the Provincial Military Command presented financial assistance to the family of Senior Lieutenant Le Trung Linh.

It is understood that the money donated to the family of Lieutenant Le Trung Linh was taken from the "Saving for oneself, giving to the needy" fund contributed by officers and soldiers of the provincial military forces. From this same fund, the Provincial Military Command has allocated 500 million VND to support the construction of housing for military personnel, to support children of military personnel from disadvantaged backgrounds who excel in their studies, and to provide breeding cattle to some poor households.
