The Provincial Military Command inspected election preparations in the communes of Na Loi, Nam Can, and Huoi Tu.
On March 6th, Colonel Nguyen Van An, a member of the Provincial Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, inspected the preparations for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and representatives to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in Na Loi, Nam Can, and Huoi Tu communes.
In the localities, the working group inspected the implementation of preparatory steps for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, such as: consultation work, preparation and posting of voter lists and candidate lists, arrangement of polling areas, election-related facilities, and plans to ensure security and order at polling stations.

To date, election preparations have been largely on schedule. Local authorities have thoroughly disseminated and implemented directives, resolutions, and guiding documents from the Central Government and the Provincial Party Committee regarding election work; proactively developed plans and issued all necessary documents guiding election work in accordance with prescribed procedures. Personnel matters have been handled strictly and according to procedures, ensuring the composition, number, and structure of personnel; and plans have been developed and implemented to publicize and disseminate relevant election-related topics and laws.

The commune-level Military Commands have seriously implemented the combat readiness plan, protected internal political security, and closely coordinated with local Party committees, authorities, and units stationed in the area to thoroughly understand the regional situation and ensure political security and social order...

To ensure the successful completion of the election, Colonel Nguyen Van An, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, requested that localities continue to carefully review all stages, especially the voter list, ensuring accuracy and preventing the omission of voters to guarantee their right to vote. He also emphasized the importance of effective propaganda, ensuring adequate facilities, security, and organizational plans at polling stations, particularly in remote and disadvantaged areas. He stressed that early voting units should organize their activities meticulously, in accordance with regulations, and create favorable conditions for voters to participate fully and correctly, contributing to the successful organization of the election, ensuring democracy, safety, and legality. The Military Commands of the communes should continue to closely monitor the local situation and border conditions, maintain strict duty rosters, and be ready for combat, working together with local Party committees and authorities to successfully complete the election tasks.
