The Nghe An Provincial Military Command launched a campaign titled "Raising the Red Flag High in August - Competing to Achieve 3 Best Results".
On the morning of July 9th, the Emulation and Commendation Council of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command launched a high-intensity emulation campaign with the theme: "Raising the Red Flag of August - Striving for 3 Best Achievements".
Attending the launching ceremony were Colonel Nguyen Van An - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar, and Chairman of the Emulation and Commendation Council of the Provincial Military Command; members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and heads of the Provincial Military Command; and heads of departments and offices of the Provincial Military Command.
This is a practical activity to achieve the highest accomplishments in chào mừng the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on September 2nd; chào mừng the 11th All-Army Emulation Congress, the 14th Congress of the Provincial Military Party Committee, and towards the Congresses of Party Delegates at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; and commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Armed Forces of the Military Region and the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Provincial Armed Forces (August 21, 1945 - August 21, 2025).
The competition criteria and objectives include: the highest level of willpower, awareness, and responsibility; achieving the highest results in fulfilling political tasks; building the most disciplined and law-abiding military force; achieving the highest results in military administrative reform, breakthrough innovation, digital transformation, and the "Digital Popular Education" movement.
The peak period of the emulation campaign, from July 10, 2025 to October 31, 2025, is an opportunity for officers and soldiers of the Nghe An Provincial Armed Forces to uphold the spirit of solidarity, overcome difficulties, and resolutely achieve the set goals and targets, contributing to building a stronger provincial armed forces and successfully fulfilling assigned tasks.
On this occasion, authorized by the Minister of National Defense and the People's Committee of Nghe An province, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee - Provincial Military Command awarded Certificates of Commendation from the Minister of National Defense to 2 collectives and 12 individuals for their outstanding achievements in their work from 2023 to 2024, contributing to the building of the Army, strengthening national defense and protecting the Fatherland; awarded the Emulation Flag of the Provincial People's Committee to 2 collectives that have excellently completed their tasks and led the patriotic emulation movement in Nghe An province in 2024; and awarded Certificates of Commendation from the Provincial People's Committee to collectives and individuals who have achieved outstanding results in activities commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country.
