Nghe An Military Command won first prize in military shooting competition

(Baonghean.vn) -In order to evaluate the actual results of the training tasks for the militia and self-defense force, thereby drawing experience and directing the improvement of training quality for the militia and self-defense force in the entire Military Region, on August 15, Military Region 4 organized the 2016 militia and self-defense military shooting competition.

Female athletes perform kneeling shooting event

48 male and female athletes from the militia and self-defense forces of 6 provinces in Military Region 4 were selected through a sports festival at the grassroots level to compete in the AK submachine gun shooting event, lesson 1, on shooting hidden targets during the day.

Major General Dang Trong Quan - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of Military Region 4 presented awards to the winning groups.

After a day of competition, the organizing committee awarded the first prize to the delegation of the Military Command of Nghe An province, the second prize to the Military Command of Quang Tri province, the third prize to the Military Command of Ha Tinh and Thanh Hoa provinces, and individual prizes to male and female athletes. After this sports event, the organizing committee will select athletes, form teams, and organize training to participate in the upcoming Ministry-level sports event.
