The Military Command of Hua Phan Province extends New Year greetings to the border guards of Nghe An Province.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of preparing to celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Rooster 2017, on the morning of January 17th, a delegation of officers from the Military Command of Hua Phan Province, Lao People's Democratic Republic, led by Colonel Kham Xop Thip Phan, Commander of the Hua Phan Provincial Military Command, visited and extended New Year greetings to the officers and soldiers of the Nghe An Border Guard.

Colonel Kham Xop Thip Phan, Commander of the Hua Phan Provincial Military Command, extended New Year greetings of peace and prosperity to all officers and soldiers of the Nghe An Border Guard, and expressed his hope that the cooperative, friendly, and enduring relationship between the military forces of Hua Phan province and the Nghe An Border Guard in particular, and between Nghe An province and Hua Phan province in general, would continue to develop, contributing to the firm protection of the sovereignty and security of each side's border.

The leaders of the Nghe An Border Guard Command respectfully thank the Hua Phan Provincial Military Command for the affection shown to the Nghe An Border Guard force over the past period. In particular, they appreciate the effective coordination in protecting border sovereignty and security, and combating various types of crime, especially drug-related crimes.

To educate and persuade the people, especially the Hmong ethnic group, not to migrate illegally; to effectively implement the coordination regulations between the border protection forces of Hua Phan province and the border guard posts along the Nghe An border in protecting the sovereignty and security of each side's border.
