On the morning of April 11th, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command organized a ceremony to launch the emulation campaign for ensuring traffic safety and order in 2017. Attending the ceremony were representatives from the Technical Department of Military Region 4; representatives from the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee; and the heads of the Command; and representatives from subordinate agencies and units.
