Provincial Military Command donates breeding cows to poor families

(Baonghean.vn) - Practically celebrating the 71st anniversary of the establishment of the Provincial Armed Forces (August 21, 1945 - August 21, 2016), on the morning of August 18, the Provincial Military Command coordinated with the People's Committee of Nam Son commune to organize the donation of breeding cows worth 15 million VND to the family of Mr. Nguyen Hai Yen in hamlet 7, Nam Son commune, Do Luong district.

Yen's family is poor, Yen suffered a long-term accident and has to use a wheelchair, making it difficult for him to move around. The couple does not have a stable job, and their main source of income is from very unstable hired work. After surveying the circumstances and production conditions of Yen's family, the Provincial Military Command has developed a support plan, using the "personal savings for the needy" fund of the Provincial Military Command to support the family.

At the handover ceremony of breeding cows to Mr. Yen, many local officials and people came to share the joy with the family, expressing their respect and affection for the officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command.
