The Provincial Military Command donated breeding cattle to needy families.

(Baonghean.vn) - To practically celebrate the 71st anniversary of the establishment of the provincial armed forces (August 21, 1945 – August 21, 2016), on the morning of August 18, the Provincial Military Command, in coordination with the People's Committee of Nam Son commune, organized the donation of a breeding cow worth 15 million VND to the family of Mr. Nguyen Hai Yen in Hamlet 7, Nam Son commune, Do Luong district.

The cow was presented to a representative of Mr. Nguyen Hai Yen's family.

Mr. Yen's family is a poor household. Mr. Yen has been confined to a wheelchair due to an accident, making daily activities difficult. Neither he nor his wife have stable jobs, and their main source of income comes from very precarious hired labor. After assessing Mr. Yen's family circumstances and production conditions, the Provincial Military Command developed a support plan, allocating funds from the Provincial Military Command's "personal savings for the needy" budget to assist the family.

At the handover ceremony of the breeding cows to Mr. Yen, numerous officials and local people came to share the joy with the family and express their respect and affection for the officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command.

This is one of many actions demonstrating the affection of officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command and local authorities towards families in difficult circumstances who have the opportunity to improve their lives.
