The Provincial Military Command conducted propaganda, dissemination, and legal education in Quy Chau commune.

Attending the conference were Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Trong Loc - Member of the Party Committee, Deputy Head of Political Affairs of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command; representatives from the Military Court, Military Procuratorate of Region 41, Military District 4; the Department of Justice, the Provincial Youth Union; the Border Guard Command, the Defense Command of Region 3 - Quy Chau and other agencies and units; along with more than 350 cadres, union members, youth and people of Quy Chau commune.

This is a key activity organized by the Nghe An Provincial Military Command to respond to the "Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam" and to mark the peak of implementing the Project "Promoting the role of the People's Army in participating in the dissemination, popularization, and education of law, and mobilizing people to abide by the law at the grassroots level in the period 2021-2027" (Project 1371).

At the conference, in addition to introducing propaganda content about the Military Service Law, a mock trial was organized."The crime of evading military service"Distributing leaflets about military service law; organizing cultural exchange activities… The Steering Committee 1371 of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command presented the Regional Defense Command 3 - Quy Chau and the Quy Chau Commune Military Command with a legal library and some legal books; and gave 20 gifts, each worth 1,000,000 VND, to relatives of non-commissioned officers and soldiers enlisting in 2024 and 2025 who are in difficult circumstances in Quy Chau commune.

Through this awareness campaign, we aim to enhance the understanding and compliance with state laws and military service laws among all citizens. Simultaneously, we will promote the role and position of officers and soldiers of the armed forces in Nghe An province in implementing Project 1371 in the province.
