Ministry of Public Security gives gifts to 9th grade female students with special difficulties

(Baonghean.vn) - On October 21, a working delegation of the Ministry of Public Security led by Colonel Pham Quang Tuyen - Deputy Director of the Policy Department of the Ministry of Public Security and representatives of leaders of several departments of Nghe An Provincial Police presented gifts to Bui Thi Dieu Thuy, Nam Thanh commune, Nam Dan district.

The delegation gave gifts to Bui Thi Dieu Thuy.

Bui Thi Dieu Thuy, a 9th grade student at Nam Thanh Secondary School, Nam Dan District, is a student with especially difficult circumstances. Her mother died early and her father is often sick. Dieu Thuy dreams of becoming a People's Police officer, so she always tries to study well. She has been an excellent student at school for many years. Knowing her situation through a newspaper article, to encourage her to study well and fulfill her dream, the Minister of Public Security decided to give her a savings book of 30 million VND and a bicycle taken from the Ministry of Public Security's comradeship fund.

Although the gift is not large, it shows the concern and sharing of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security for those in difficult circumstances, and for poor students who overcome difficulties to study well across the country.

Thuy and her family were very touched and promised to try to study well to make her dream come true.
