Over the past 2 days, heavy rains due to the impact of storm No. 4 have caused severe flooding in several communes in the border district of Ky Son. Especially in My Ly commune, Ta Ca commune and Muong Xen town... cutting off many traffic routes and sweeping away many houses and people's properties.

To help people evacuate in time, border posts: Nam Can International Border Gate, My Ly, Muong Tip and Mobile Company 1 of the Mobile Training Battalion stationed in Ky Son district mobilized hundreds of officers and soldiers to brave the rain and flood to help people move their belongings to safety.
