On the afternoon of July 14, the Border Guard Command of Nghe An province held a conference to hand over the responsibilities of Deputy Commander of Operations, Deputy Commander of Military Affairs and Deputy Political Commissar.

Accordingly, Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Ngoc Linh - Deputy Commander of the Border Guard of Nghe An province was transferred to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Border Guard Reconnaissance Department; Colonel Vu Khuong - Deputy Commander of the Border Guard of Nghe An province was transferred to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Technology (Border Guard Command).

At the same time, the conference also appointed Senior Lieutenant Colonel Duong Hong Hai - Deputy Head of the Drug and Crime Prevention Department of Nghe An Border Guard to the position of Deputy Commander of Nghe An Border Guard. In addition, Colonel Hoang Van Hung - Deputy Political Commissar of Nghe An Provincial Border Guard was also transferred to Thanh Hoa to hold the position of Deputy Political Commissar of Thanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard.
