Nghe An Border Guard has a new Deputy Commander.

On the afternoon of July 14th, the Nghe An Provincial Border Guard Command held a handover ceremony for the positions of Deputy Commander for Operations, Deputy Commander for Military Affairs, and Deputy Political Commissar.

Accordingly, Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Ngoc Linh - Deputy Commander of the Border Guard of Nghe An province - was transferred to the position of Deputy Director of the Border Guard Intelligence Department; Colonel Vu Khuong - Deputy Commander of the Border Guard of Nghe An province - was transferred to the position of Deputy Head of Technical Department (Border Guard Command).

At the same time, the conference also appointed Lieutenant Colonel Duong Hong Hai, Deputy Head of the Anti-Drug and Crime Prevention Department of the Nghe An Border Guard, to the position of Deputy Commander of the Nghe An Border Guard. In addition, Colonel Hoang Van Hung, Deputy Political Commissar of the Nghe An Border Guard, was transferred to Thanh Hoa to serve as Deputy Political Commissar of the Thanh Hoa Border Guard.

Leaders of the Nghe An Provincial Border Guard Command presented flowers and congratulated the comrades who were transferred and appointed. They also expressed their hope that those appointed to higher positions would continue to support and assist the Nghe An Border Guard in successfully completing their assigned tasks, living up to the traditions of the Nghe An Border Guard and the Border Guard force in general, and contributing to the firm protection of the sovereignty and security of the nation's borders.
