Nghe An Border Guards are ready to respond to storm No. 4

Mon Son Border Guard Station, Con Cuong Border Guard Station and Nam Can International Border Gate Border Guard Station have dispatched forces to coordinate with local authorities to carry out the task of preventing storm No. 4.

Due to the impact of storm No. 4, heavy rain has been falling in the Mon Son Border Post since the night of September 18. On the morning of September 19, some points such as Khe Moi spillway bridge (connecting Cua Rao and Thai Son 2 villages, Mon Son commune, Con Cuong district) were flooded, with some points being flooded up to 50 cm deep. Mon Son Border Post was on duty, guarding to ensure the safety of people traveling through here.

Also due to the impact of the storm, landslides occurred on some roads at the Nam Can International Border Post, causing traffic jams. Specifically, on Highway 543D through Ta Ca Commune, Ky Son District, a landslide occurred, with the landslide occurring at Sa Vang Village, causing traffic jams and vehicles unable to pass.

Upon receiving the information, the Nam Can International Border Guard Station coordinated with local authorities and relevant forces to urgently fix the problem. The Ky Son District Road Management Department also mobilized machinery to the scene to fix the problem, but landslides still occurred so it could not be implemented.
