The Galaxy Tab S12+ and Tab S12 Ultra have just received important Bluetooth SIG certification in multiple versions, ready to launch on the market in the second half of 2026.
The high-end Galaxy Tab S12+ and Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra tablets have officially received the important Bluetooth SIG certification. This is a necessary legal step showing that Samsung's next generation of premium tablets is entering its final stages of development before launching globally.

New milestone in the Bluetooth SIG database.
According to updated data from the Bluetooth SIG certification agency, the new product line has been revealed with a series of different model numbers. Specifically, the Galaxy Tab S12+ has a total of 5 model number variants, while the top-of-the-line Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra comes with 3 registered model numbers.
These device codes clearly show a distinction between variants supporting pure Wi-Fi connectivity and versions supporting cellular networks. The completion of certification with such a large number of model codes indicates that Samsung is ready to distribute this tablet line in various regions.

Expectations regarding design and launch timeline
Although the documents from Bluetooth SIG haven't gone into detailed hardware specifications, previous leaks have revealed some aspects of the device's design language. Recently leaked CAD renderings suggest that the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra will continue to maintain a slim, lightweight, and modern design with a premium finish befitting its flagship status.

Regarding the launch date, Samsung previously confirmed that the Galaxy Tab S12 series will be officially announced in the second half of 2026. Based on the release cycle of its predecessor, the Galaxy Tab S11, insiders predict that the unveiling of the new tablet series will most likely be around September 2026.
