Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has just signed a decision appointing Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung, Director of the Department of Infrastructure and Urban Development (Ministry of Planning and Investment), to the position of Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment for a limited term.
Thus, the Ministry of Planning and Investment has 5 Deputy Ministers: Vu Dai Thang, Nguyen Van Hieu, Le Quang Manh, Nguyen Van Trung, and Nguyen Duc Trung.
