Appointment of personnel of central agencies

Central Committee for Internal Affairs:On July 31, Party Central Committee member, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Vo Van Dung presented the decision to appoint Mr. Vu Huy Thuong - senior expert of the Department of Internal Affairs Agencies to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Internal Affairs Agencies; the appointment term is 5 years.

The Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Internal Affairs Committee hopes that in his new position, Mr. Vu Huy Thuong will continue to cultivate, train, uphold the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and be a good example, contributing to the excellent completion of the Committee's political tasks.

Supreme People's Procuracy:On July 31, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy Nguyen Huy Tien presented the decision to appoint Mr. Bui Viet Cuong - Deputy Chief of the Office of the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Procuracy to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel, concurrently holding the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Procuracy. The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from August 1.

The Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy emphasized that the Department of Personnel Organization is the core unit of the Supreme People's Procuracy, therefore the Party Committee and the Institute's leadership have carefully considered when selecting the unit's leaders, in order to improve the quality of staff organization advisory work for the entire People's Procuracy sector.

Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien asked Mr. Bui Viet Cuong to promote the unit's tradition, be exemplary, uphold the sense of responsibility, regularly innovate management, direction and operation methods to work with leaders and civil servants in the unit to excellently complete assigned tasks.

Ministry of Construction:On July 31, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh presented the decision of the Minister of Construction on the temporary appointment of Mr. Nguyen Tuan Dung to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, Ministry of Construction. The appointment term is 5 years, starting from July 24.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh believes that with his capacity and experience accumulated over many years of work, along with the solidarity, coordination and effective support of the Board of Directors and civil servants of the Department of Planning and Finance, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Dung will successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Previously, on July 28, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh presented the decision of the Minister of Construction on the temporary appointment of comrade Ma Thi Luan and comrade Tran Thi Ut to the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the Ministry of Construction, with a term of appointment of 5 years.

Standing Committee of the National Assembly:On the afternoon of July 31 at the National Assembly House, the Standing Committee of the Finance and Budget Committee held a ceremony to announce and present the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on personnel work.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee, Deputy Head of the Delegation Work Committee announced the resolution approving the Vice Chairwoman of the Finance and Budget Committee of the 14th National Assembly.

The National Assembly Standing Committee approved Mr. Hoang Quang Ham - Standing Member of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee to hold the position of Deputy Chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee, starting from August 1.

Presenting the decision and congratulating, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee said that Mr. Hoang Quang Ham is a young cadre with practical experience working from the grassroots in the Auditing industry.

When working at the Finance and Budget Committee, he always promoted his professional capacity, especially in the field of accounting and auditing, actively contributing to the Committee's activities.
