Appointment of personnel in central agencies

Central Internal Affairs Commission:On July 31st, Vo Van Dung, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, presented the appointment decision to Mr. Vu Huy Thuong, a senior specialist in the Department of Internal Affairs Agencies, appointing him as Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Affairs Agencies; the appointment is for a term of 5 years.

The Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Internal Affairs Commission expressed his hope that in his new position, Mr. Vu Huy Thuong would continue to cultivate and improve himself, uphold the spirit of unity, responsibility, and exemplary conduct, and contribute to the excellent fulfillment of the Commission's political tasks.

Supreme People's Procuratorate:On July 31st, Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Standing Deputy Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy, presented the appointment decision to Mr. Bui Viet Cuong, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Procuracy, appointing him to the position of Deputy Director of the Personnel and Organization Department, concurrently serving as Deputy Chief of the Office of the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Procuracy. The appointment is for a term of 5 years, effective from August 1st.

The Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy emphasized that the Personnel and Organization Department is a core unit of the Supreme People's Procuracy; therefore, the Party Committee and the leadership of the Procuracy have carefully considered the selection of the unit's leaders in order to improve the quality of personnel and organization advisory work for the entire People's Procuracy sector.

Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien requested that Mr. Bui Viet Cuong uphold the unit's traditions, set a good example, demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, and constantly innovate management, leadership, and operational methods to work together with the unit's leaders and staff to successfully complete assigned tasks.

Ministry of Construction:On July 31st, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh presented the decision of the Minister of Construction appointing Mr. Nguyen Tuan Dung to the position of Deputy Director of the Planning and Finance Department, Ministry of Construction, for a limited term. The appointment is for 5 years, effective from July 24th.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh expressed confidence that, with his capabilities, accumulated experience over many years of work, and the effective cooperation and support of the leadership and staff of the Planning and Finance Department, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Dung will successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Previously, on July 28th, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh presented the decision of the Minister of Construction regarding the temporary appointment of Ms. Ma Thi Luan and Ms. Tran Thi Ut to the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Construction, with a term of appointment of 5 years.

National Assembly Standing Committee:On the afternoon of July 31st at the National Assembly building, the Standing Committee of the Finance and Budget Committee held a ceremony to announce and present the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on personnel matters.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department, and Deputy Head of the Committee for Delegate Affairs, announced the resolution approving the Deputy Chairperson of the Finance and Budget Committee of the 14th National Assembly.

The Standing Committee of the National Assembly approved the appointment of Mr. Hoang Quang Ham, a Standing Member of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee, as Deputy Chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee, effective August 1st.

Presenting the decision and offering congratulations, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hai - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee - said that Mr. Hoang Quang Ham is a young official with practical work experience from the grassroots level in the auditing sector.

Upon joining the Finance and Budget Committee, he consistently demonstrated his professional expertise, particularly in accounting and auditing, making significant contributions to the Committee's operations.
