The new Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports was born on November 25, 1976.

Graduated from University of Industrial Fine Arts, Master of Political Economy.

In 1997, he started working at the Provincial Cultural Center, holding the following positions: Deputy Head of Department, Head of Propaganda and Agitation Department; Deputy Director, Director of the Center.

During his work, he received many Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
