The new Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports was born on November 25, 1976.

Graduated from the University of Industrial Fine Arts, Master's degree in Political Economy.

In 1997, he started working at the Provincial Cultural Center, successively holding the positions of Deputy Head and Head of the Propaganda and Mobilization Department; Deputy Director and Director of the Center.

During his career, he has received numerous commendations from the Prime Minister, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
