UK Ministry of Defense releases 'map of Russian invasion of Ukraine'
The British Ministry of Defence has published a map with red arrows running across Ukraine to illustrate an attack that it says Russia could launch at any time.

According to RT news agency, the British military said on February 17: "Russia still maintains a significant military presence to be able to attack without warning. This map could be a possible attack axis for Russian President Putin."
The British map has seven different arrows from Russia and Belarus aimed atUkraineThe map was published an hour after British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss said she was very concerned about reports of increased Russian aggression.
Ms Truss's statement came after reports that "unusual Ukrainian military activity in Donbas is a clear attempt by the Russian government to create the pretext for an attack". Following this, US President Joe Biden said that Russia could take military action against Ukraine in the coming days.
Britain and the United States have accused Russia of planning to attack Ukraine since October last year, but have not provided any evidence to back up their claims. However, this has not stopped many media outlets from publishing ominous maps of an impending attack.
Moscow has denied the allegations and described Western reports as “fake news.” Even the Kiev government has asked its Western allies to reject the allegations, saying they are spreading panic and hurting Ukraine.
